An intense and complex mix of blue fruits and Satsuma plums layered with underlying dark chocolate, freshly ground coffee and roasted chicory, with a slight perfumed lift and fragrant star anise spice. Richly textured, round and plush with a full, yet elegant palate of bright, fleshy Satsuma plum and dark berry flavours. Subtle French oak supports a fine acid structure and long silky tannins, resulting in a harmonious, mouth-watering palate with a long, seamless finish.
