Tasting Notes: Medium to full-bodied, explodes on the palate with saturated blackberry and black cherry. Complexing notes of lavender, pipe smoke, vanilla pod, and short crust. Tannins provide regal structure whilst the acidity provides freshness. Incredibly long through the late palate, with supporting notes of 90% dark chocolate and fresh black peppercorns.
