Tasting Notes: Crystalline citrine colour with straw tones. Presents an exuberant nose of tropical fruits well combined with attractive floral notes. Smooth in the taste, dry, with a great structure and a stupendous balance.

Varietal: Traditional Douro grape varieties.

Pairing: An involving and refreshing option to start any meal. Served fresh or with ice, it is perfect with salted almonds and olives. Combines deliciously with light appetizers, like a salad with strawberries and spinach or a velvety salmon soufflé. The multiplicity of possible harmonies is superb, having the consumer the pleasure to go in search of new flavours. Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
