Tasting Notes: The wine is bright, straw yellow colour and has a wonderful aroma that reminds me of apples, pears and even banana. Can even catch a slight smell of white flowers and orange blossom. You'll find it refreshing, fruity and light - with just a little hint of honey. A touch of Moscatel grape to the final blend gives the wine a fresh, almost tropical character.

Varietal: Blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parallada

Pairing: Perfect to drink on its own but also fantastic with Machego cheese, salads, chicken and even with blue cheese, pate or terrines. It is good with all Asian and spicy foods too.
