Tasting Notes: Coonawarra is famed for its ‘terra rossa’. The region has pure underground water reserves and a long, cool ripening season which brings out the best in Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

This wine has a beautiful deep red colour and aromas of dark berries, cedar and spice with lifted oak character. The palate has dark, spicy berry fruits and firm tannin.

Varietal: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Pairing: Serve with lamb – roasted rack in spring, butterflied on the barbecue in summer and slow cooked shanks in winter.
