Tasting Notes: Deep plum with a garnet rim. Lifted wild plums, blueberries and dark cherries leap from the glass. The bright fruits, dark bitter chocolate and aniseed are surrounded layers of fine vanilla bean and roasted almond from the oak. The palate is complex with intense plums and black berries supported by fine cedary oak, cinnamon
spice and liquorice. The wine displays an amazing presence in the mouth, with wonderful freshness, intensity, depth and texture. McLaren Vale Shiraz at its finest.
