Tasting Notes: Deep crimson colour. Distinct regional aromas of menthol, peppermint and mocha coffee, biscuity/ biscotti-like oak interwoven with blackberry and a touch of leather. Intense blackcurrant fruit and spice on the palate with super fine tannins that build with intensity and result in a long finish. Starts small and finishes big!

Varietal: 100% Shiraz

Pairing: Serve with a massive chunk of meat, seared over the open flame and damn near raw in the middle. No salad! A grilled mushroom with thyme is a must.
