Sweet entry, moderately firm structure, good acidity, supple tannins, long creamy finish. A wine that lends full expression to the Merlot variety. Fresh and elegant with sweet tannins. Remarkably long finish with a lovely lift of acidity.

Pairing: Ideal with poultry like duck magret with red fruit sauce. Lovely with white fish like cod.
