Tasting Notes: An attractive, dense, bright and deep ruby red. Generous, complex and intense, the nose opens on intense blackberry, black cherry and wild strawberry aromas, going on to reveal black berry fruit mingled with elegant toasted almond and roast coffee notes. After a powerful, complex and generous attack, the richly smooth mid-palate reveals raspberry, blackberry and wild bilberry flavours underpinned by very mature tannins. The wine's full aromatic complexity then comes to the fore on black fruit flavours, mingled with black pepper and coffee and enhanced by some slightly toasted notes. The powerful and stylish finish reveals all the character of the Chilean terroir, perfectly combining Cabernet elegance with the roundness and powerful flavours of Syrah and Carmenere.
