Tasting Notes: Wine of Bekaa Valley, Lebanon.The wine is an expression of a single vineyard from the village of Aana in the Bekaa Valley at 1,000 m altitude with certified organic viticulture and produced with the non-interventionist wine-making philosophy of Chateau Musar. Intensely flavoured and perfumed with red berries, spices and a touch of black tea leaves and vanilla.

Varietal: Blend of Cinsault/Grenache

Pairing: Aana would be a perfect match for lamb, red meat and game as well as Mediterranean dishes.
